Order Process

1. Add items to your cart. When you have completed your order, click "Proceed to Checkout";

2. Check your order on the checkout page and fill in your address details. Optional you can create an account here too;

3. Accept our Terms and Conditions and place your order by clicking on the button "Place order";

4. You are being forwarded to the secure payment page of our payment provider MultiSafePay. They take care of your payment to us. Select your desired payment method and makethe payment;

5. After receiving your payment, we will collect your order and hand it over to the carrier.

Cancel your purchase

Would you like to cancel your purchase? Enter your order number below. It starts with #10 and can be found in the order confirmation email you received. Then click the 'Confirm Purchase Cancellation' button.

We will process your cancellation request as quickly as possible. Once the cancellation has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by email.
