Are the prices on parts.emerio.eu inclusive or exclusive of VAT?
All prices quoted include VAT.
The ordered item does not meet my expectations and I want to return it.
You can return your product to us within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. Please contact us via the contact form. You will then receive the return procedure from us.
I have a complaint.
If you want to submit a complaint, you can use the contact form. You will receive a response from us as soon as possible, but certainly within two working days. If you believe that we are not solving your complaint properly, you can make your complaint known to the Stichting Webshop Keurmerk with which we are affiliated. They will then investigate your complaint and try to find a solution.
